"Thunderball, or Too Many Harpoons!"
Honestly. How many minutes of people in orange jumpsuits shooting people in black jumpsuits with harpoon guns is too many? Probably less than the 30 or so minutes of it that composed the penultimate scene of Thunderball. This is then followed by a wacky, wacky, wacky sped up boat chase which would have felt more at home in Scooby Doo. I dont know, but I think I would have to rate this as being the worst so far in my bond-a-thon...
Its not as though there weren't hints. The movie opened with Bond clubbing a crossdresser over the head with a chair, and being tied to an out of control piece of exercise equiptment. Ah well. Bond will return in "You only Live Twice"
