Explain this!

Please click this link and check out the pictures.  I took them at work, with my phone. By way of explanation, they are a trail of wet footprints that lead from our hot tub, to our pool. The last two shots are to show the rest of the pool deck, where the chairs and such are, and the doors that lead back into the hotel. The doors that are the ONLY

Where did they go after getting out of the pool? There are no footprints leading to the door...

Did the person melt? Or evaporate? Or get abducted by aliens?

I have no idea where they went!! Is that the weirdest thing? It happened last summer too...the exact same path of footprints from the tub to the pool, with no exit, and yet no people! I told a bunch of people and they all said 'uh HUH ms sheryl youre crazy"

When I saw it last night I whipped out the phone and got that bitch on record lol.

There has been a lot of troubleshooting as to where they could have gone....all suggestions have a logical reason why they don't explain it.

Like "maybe they sat on the edge of the pool to dry their feet."

Where is the bum mark?

"Maybe they dried their feet on a towel."

"Where is the wet towel mark?"

For that matter, where did they actually get OUT of the pool? All those footsteps led INTO the pool.

Is there a possible ghostie? I mean, this is just very odd. My first thought was maybe they got out and put shoes on, but there would still be a puddle. Good luck figuring it out.

We don't know if there could be a ghost. The hotel has only been there three years, but the building itself is ancient and was abandoned for years and years.

But what kind of ghost takes a soak in the tub, and then a dip in the pool?

I know. My logic makes no sense either. I just can't figure it out.

My mother says that an arthritic ghost might take a soak and a dip! ;)

The weirdest thing about it for me is that at just about this time last year the exact same thing happened. I soaking wet hot tub deck that looked like someone had been dancing wet all over it, footprints from the tub to the pool, and then apparently into the brick wall. No tracks leading anywhere else, nobody in the pool, nobody in the tub.

I guess I'll start looking for it to happen next year about this time :)
