A month past...
Ah, it's been a while since I updated the 'ol LJ, so here's the current happenings.
1.) I started dating this girl I work with. Her name's Steph. We've been hanging out a lot lately so it was probably inevitable (sp=bleh). heh... It's all good though, I was getting a good push from my buddy, Eric, anyway. Ah, thing's have been cool though. We've been watching a lot of movies and going out every now and then. We went to Camp Connecticut last night. (For those who aren't aware, Camp Connecticut is supposed to be this old, run down summer camp where people got murdered or something, but I heard it was just a nudist colony that got shut down due to zoning laws. Nude ghosts maybe? :D) We unfortunately did not see any ghosts. I was hoping to catch a glimpse of some naked ghost running around, but none showed their tranculent asses. But it was worth the trip.
2.) I guess I've been officially offered a manager position by Wendy's (I was a contender before, with an interview and background check). I just have to call back my district manager and discuss the minor details (training, pay rate, etc). Of course, this manager position has it's problams. The first problem is training. I'd probably have to train in some other store, which would suck but it's more money. The second problem, I find the larger of the two, is that dating between a manager and crew member in the same store is prohibited. I'd have to be transferred to another store permenantly (or until the time she becomes a manger, which is a bit a way if she decided she did want to do it). I guess us dating will kind of have to be kept on the "down low" or something.
3.) My birthday is coming up in a little more then 2 weeks. My parents are acting like they don't even know my birthday is coming up. lol.. Maybe they don't. ;-) I don't really have any plans. I know that Steph is actually planning something, I just have no idea what. She won't clue me in. heh... I guess making plans to hang out with anyone else would be tough, but hey, I'm not complaining. We'll see how things work out.
