So. I've been curious about this for a while.

...Anybody onboard that can do tattoos or something? Uhh, don't really think there's a place on the ship for stuff like that...

If I had the equipment, I could do it. Regular tattoos aren't that far off from a Blast Badge.

Awesome.

Kinda don't know where we could get the equipment, though.

I don't think it'd be hard to find the right stuff for it. Did you have something in mind?

Nothing too difficult. Just a barcode.

The numbering on it is kinda specific, though.

That sounds like child's play. Let me get to looking around, and I'll see about getting it all set up!

Where exactly did you want the tattoo?

Awesome. Thanks very much. Didn't catch your name, though...?

And, um, inside wrist. If that's okay.

Serrath. Serrath Khurshid.

Not a problem. Just..might sting a little.

Evelyn. Or Evie, whatever you'd prefer.

Umm, y'can drop by my room whenever you're up for this. Room 2431, deck 11. Fully aware that it's gonna hurt.

Evie works, and any time is fine for me. Not like I have much else to do.

May as well. Not like I can sleep anyway. If you've never seen a Beast before, well..You're in for a surprise.

[True to his word, Serrath was wide awake upon making his way to Evie's room. Most of the humans here proved fairly good company, perhaps more than himself or Verg had originally considered. Besides, he needed a chance to relax. It didn't take him long to gather the materials. It wouldn't be as professional as he would have liked, but it could do the job.]

Evie? [The voice called from outside her door, accompanied with a quiet knock.]

[Christ. Evie's abnormally bouncy today, and she practically scrambles to the door, fumbling with the knob a bit before she practically yanks it open.

Huh. Serrath's pretty awesome looking. What, did you expect her to freak? She's been on this boat long enough to be prepared for anything.]

Hiiiii! Cuh-come in~.

[With this, she steps back to make room for him to do so.]

So you want a tattoo, huh? What you asked should be easy enough, but.. Well, you probably already know it's gonna hurt a little.

[He took out the various tools he gathered for the job. Ink, a sewing needle, thread, and certain disinfectants.] Alright, so lay it on me.

Eh, yuh-yeah, I don't mind.

[She grins as she examines the supplies. Fuck yeah, she's seriously going to be getting a tattoo...this is honestly exciting. Still smiling, she extends her hand to Serrath and then flips it palm up, exposing her inner wrist.]

I j-just...want a barcode ruh-right...here.

[She indicates her inner wrist with her opposite hand.]

Nuh-numbering's...gotta be specific, th-though. 2325231184.

[The redhead recites the string of numbers as if it's been perfectly committed to memory.]

That's o-...okay, yeah?
