if anyone can help..??
i have about 223 songs on my iPod, and i can fit 1000. however, i have ran out of space already and i need to format the songs to MP3, i believe. i have read the manual and online help but i'm still not sure how to work things out and change the song files. i called twice for help, the first time i thought i was getting somewhere, then i was put on hold- for a long time- and eventually i just needed to go. the second time i never got an answer. so... if anyone can help?
