So I found out yesterday that Heather might not be able to come down for my birthday.
That really made me sad...I so wish she could be here! It's not going to be the same now.
Oh and today, this lady decided that she was never going to eat at Taco Bell ever again. Then she went on a 10 minute ramble on how I have idiots who work for me.
Isn't it funny how this happened on my first night as manager?
Anyway, then she yelled at the crew....
she yelled at them...
for no reason.
So I looked at her, and said that if she ever did come back I would make sure her food was to her pleasure. Then I turned around and announced to the entire crew that they were doing a fine job and too keep up the good work.
The lady took her two kids and stomped out the door.
It was great!
