Yesterday was a good day.
It really was. Josh, me, Taylor, and Minxii spent the better part of it at Lagoon. It was very good weather. Hot, but not blazing hot like the weather report said it would be. For the first three hours or so we went on rides, got food, etc. There's a new ride called Wicked which was just awesome. We had to stand in line for about a half hour, I think, but it was so worth it. It's a crazy roller coaster--it has a vertical lift and drop, and then it spins around in all different ways after that. Super fun. And we were going to go on the SkyCoaster (by we I mean me, Minxii, and Taylor because Josh is a wuss) but the wait was really long, so we ended up not doing that. After a while of going on the rides we went to Laguna Beach because it was getting rather hot, and that was really fun. We just played around in the different pools for a while, then we decided we wanted to go on a water slide and proceeded to spend about 45 minutes in line for a 20 second ride. Lol. But it was pretty fun. It made me mad though--I could never dunk Josh. Stupid stout boyfriend. Just kidding. Then once we got tired of Lagoon we had dinner at Carl's Jr. and then went to Taylor's and played Risk with Caroline and Tommy. I'd never played Risk before, but man that's a fun game. I really enjoyed it. And Taylor's family is so funny when they play it. I think I did pretty well, too, considering it was my first time ever playing because we had six people, and I was the fourth one out. Anywho, that was a fun day. Oh, and I also got a membership to Gold's Gym this weekend. I worked out on Saturday with Taylor and Minxii and that day I also met with a personal trainer, and he gave me a workout plan that he wants me to do, so I'm going to start that soon. I'm excited about having a gym to go to now.
