the first week
ive realized that if i don't update this thing every so often ill keep forgetting, so im gonna try to post at least once a week.
well anyways, it's been a week since school started again and ive had a blast. it's been a little different though. getting to sleep early and getting up early isn't very fun but after u're awake u feel much better and the day seems SO much longer. ive literally had too much time this past week but that's also probably due to the fact that i had very little hw. also, ive decided that even though i was psyched to meet lots of new ppl this semester i don't give a crap anymore. the friends that i have now, though few are really good and i enjoy being around them. of course i don't mind meeting new ppl...girls...it's all good and fun.
i got to hang with some cool ppl this wknd, though sat pretty much only consisted of ed and me watching smallville the entire day...heheh..friday night we got to hang with katy and her hallmates...let's see...amanda, tellulah(sp?), jessica, heather, ben, and andrea? haha, we "played" some trivial pursuit and let me tell you...the word "play" is used very loosely in that sentence. then amanda and katy came over to our dorm and watched friday night lights and Russell Peters. that was lots of fun. the movie wasn't as good as i thought it would be but it was different and i enjoyed it. and russell peters...yea... i laughed my ass off.
sunday consisted of very similar activities...smallville...oc...and then i went over to katy's again to watch desperate housewives which was really NOT my idea but hey, wasn't too bad. anyways, found out katy just started dating and that cool. im happy for her. got to talk to her a little afterwards too and that was a good talk. i haven't gotten to talk to a girl like that in a while so it was refreshing. i hope i get to kno her better so we'll see. haha, anyways. it's been hectic with these television shows lately, the dl'ing power of gatech is like opium...not that id kno wut opium is like but you get the picture.
well, my dual monitors set up is going very nicely and im very glad i moved my things back into our bedroom cuz i can tell ive done so much more work that last semester. the class don't seem TOO bad though i kno ill have to work my ass off in organic chem. the german man talks like the wind and it's hard to keep up but ill try to stay on top of it. and calc is looking bright because my professor is AWESOME. all of my ta's speak almost perfect english so im glad i was so fortunate. bio kinda sucks cuz it's all about evolution so it's hard to stay tuned it. hopefully the thoughts of negativity will keep me awake since it's my second class of the day. anyways, i gotta start working on that organic chem hw...it's 10 pages! 10! haha, fun fun.
ps, im working out a lot more now...playing tennis, basketball, ping pong, and lifting...i feel refreshed, im looking forward to the rest of this semester...
