I'm debating chronicling my journey on livejournal, but, suffice it to say, it ends with me lying on the floor typing in livejournal.
But anyhow, here are some facts and highlights:
1: Driving from Detroit to L.A. in 2 1/2 days is almost impossible, I'm going to say right now that i'll never attempt anything like that again. However, knowing me, that might very well be a lie.
2: True to popular belief Kansas is a large state, consisting of many fields, and crazy lightning storms at night for some reason. It is actually prettier than you might think. Also, Kansas City actually seems to be a good size city, and pretty nice, too. Who would have thought?!
3. The Rocky mountains in Colorado are the most amazing natural environment I have ever seen (Which, unfortunately, isn't saying too much). But really, awe-inspiring in scope, I would highly recommend all of you make it out there one of these days.
4: Utah, unsurprisingly, is ass.
5: Las Vegas is exactly as hilarious and stupid as I remembered. Day time shouldn't exist in that city, cuz it is really only impressive and fun at night. During the day it's just garish and stupid. Lots of tits though.
6: The desert is fun and beautiful in some places, but a lot of it sucks too. I like how so many places have death in the title though. It's appropriate.
7. Los Angeles...man, me and this city have a real love/hate thing. It's kind of a co-dependency thing, I need to be in L.A. if I'm ever to be successful in the way I hope to be, and L.A. needs dumb asses like me to keep coming in believing they need to be in L.A. to succeed in order for the city to keep paying the bills and keeping it's image. It's a good place for me to be right now, though, and I'm excited to be here and anxious to put all this new stuff together.
Me and Justin move into the new apartment in west hollywood next week, and i couldn't be more excited for that. But, anyhow, thanks to my dad and brandon for helping me get here, maybe i will have a more in depth entry later. but anyhow, later guys.
