What do you do with all that pancake mix?
corn glorious corn (the pancake)
the rest of the pancake mix
fresh corn
the last of the olives
red bell pepper
onion
water
process the olives, pepper, and onion, then add that stuff + corn to the pancake mix and stir it up with water until gooey. then fry it.
you may notice that corn and bell pepper were not on the original list. that is because i cheated. i could not bring myself to choke down a pancake that lacked depth.
in the meantime, the garlic has sprouted and i put the sausage ball soup on the sidewalk.
