Lamb's powers can be summed up by 'shooting nasty things from her arms'. She frequently needs to inject herself with a blue substance called EVE in order to use most of these abilities.

Thanks to various Wonderland and mirror mechanics Lamb is packing a pretty excessive punch compared to many characters in her canon, but on the grand multiversal scale of things she could meet her match easily, not to mention that even your semi-average John Doe could kill her with the right equipment and a bit of luck.

Attacks

Her very favourite attack is Incinerate, aka. shooting fire from her hands, either as seperate fireball or ongoing torrent. The same she also does with ice, although more often than not she merely uses Winter Blast's spikes to stab her opponents.

Telekinesis allows her to throw objects and people with unpleasant force and every once in a while she uses an Insect Swarm to have a swarm of angry bees keep her target painful company.

Another interesting plaything is the green Hypnotize ball, aka. Lamb's slightly more persuasive equivalent of asking nicely. This particular tool may prove to be inefficient if she uses it on a species other than humans (feel free to decide for yourself). Lastly she does pack Electro Bolt as well, but electricity attacks rarely strike her fancy.

Other Abilities

Fire Storm allows her to automatically emit a burst of fire when struck at close range with a melee attack. She doesn't control this ability, so technically it would happen even if she didn't want it to.

She can turn invisible for a short period of time (Houdini Plasmid) and uses an unstable Teleport Plasmid to transport from location to another, however this ability can sometimes go haywire and not function properly (or at all).

She is completely immune to damage done by electricity (Electric Flesh) and has a very high resistance against fire damage (Walking Inferno) as well.

A number of Tonics which I'm too lazy to list furthermore enhance her speed and strength noticeably (but not excessively) above human levels. Her health regeneration however is significantly accelerated, even moreso when she is immersed in water (Fountain of Youth).

Defense

Last but not least to give you a rough idea of the damage she can stand I've taken a look at some playthroughs of Bioshock 2 boss battles. Assuming she's on the same level (which I do, because she's not holding back with the crazy splicing) it would take approximately 6 shots from a shotgun, 3 shots from a spear gun and (that's an and, not an or) 20 shots from a rivet gun from somebody with mediocre aim to kill her. Hit something vital and you'll probably bring her down faster, but she's still got a pretty high tolerance for lead.
