The Grudge-Holding Champion of the World has decided to reconcile with her boyfriend. The two hit a rocky stage in their relationship after dating for less than two months. Perhaps the truce is indicative of a new found level of understanding and maturity. Probably not, though.
i bought a whole bunch of healthy groceries yesterday! i'm probably going to do that 'eat really well and be more active' thing for a few weeks before carelessly resorting back to my old, slothy ways.
i watched 'blue velvet' tonight. wow. it's still a hard watch. i really dig lynch as a revolutionary filmmaker, but it's REALLY HARD to get into his work. seriously. i wasn't into 'twin peaks.' 'blue velvet' is amazing. i tried watching 'eraserhead' once, but had to put it on hold. same with 'inland empire.' oh, and i saw 'mulholland drive' once- all i remember were the gratuitous, unnecessary sex scenes [SEX SELLS!] and uhh, that weird looking cevin key-ish character hiding behind a garbage can? i saw 'lost highway' when i was younger, but never finished it. i really loved the soundtrack, though, and i used to fall asleep listening to it.
i spent several HOURS today revamping my resume and job-hunting. i want to spend tomorrow playing out in the sunshine.
it's beautiful outside right now, and i should go take a walk... but i think i'm going to crash early. huh? who goes to sleep at ten o'clock on a saturday night? in san francisco, no less!
