Ativan *before* bed....
Woke up at 3 a.m. with such a start, and I can't tell if it was instant panic attack, or I actually stopped breathing or something burst in my heart or my lungs but I felt a big explosion sensation somewhere in my body and therefore woke up freaking out. Had to do one of my body scans to make sure everything was still working properly in order to get up and get the ativan out of my purse. Fuck. Seriously.
