Woohoo!
I just got the call from my resource manager this morning that my contract has beed extended to March 22!! Time to celebrate! That will make my time here ONE YEAR! The longest I've had a job in Washington!
I was starting to sweat for a moment there, considering the fact that until this morning, my contract end-date was set for November 8.
Of course, after one year is up, I have to take a mandatory 100-day break from here and go do something else. I'll work that out when it comes up in March. Until then, I can breathe easy again!
