awesome concert
ok well here is the beginning of a long entry:
we go to the velvet revolver concert an hour early and get basically in the closest possible floor space to the stage. we were about 3 ppl from the railing and we were jammed together so we were basically on the railing.
the girl in front of me was about 15 and she was pretty hot..... so was her mom. lol. her mom and dad were like british so they had accents and said stuff like "piss off." it was hilarious. but they were cool. and i was behind the hot girl :-) her parents were a few feet away.
anyway some band called modern day zero opened the show. they were ok. they played a led zepplin song which was cool.
then hoobastank played. but who really cares about hoobastank anyway. they sucked and u couldnt hear the singer, which was actually a good thing. we were cramped as it was but then they finished and it happened. there was about a 45 minute intermission for them to set up the stage for velvet revolver. thats when everyone decided they had to get to the front. lets just say ppl got really pissed off. anyway, ive never been so close to that many ppl in my life. here is a little quote from the night, "Nick, if I'm going to have to have a guy up on me all night, I'm glad it's you." -Me
it was really funny. there were times when we got really pissed off cuz the ppl tried to pass us and get on the railing, but between me nick and the british guy, we were fine.
so then velvet revolver came out and everyone started toking up. weed was everywhere. and everyone started going crazy. the previous amount of cramped ppl quadroupled and no one could move. the only good thing about it was the fact that i was practically inside of the hot girl. she just laughed it off and turned out to b really cool. one time some chick was crowd serfing over us and the hot girl punched her. it was hilarious.
anyway, velvet revolver played and they were awesome. slash. oh slash. it was insane. (for those of you who dont know slash, i pity your souls; he is the guitarist for guns n roses and now velvet revolver) he played like 3 or more solos a song. so freaking awesome. we were about 5 feet from him. i got a lot of pics. they put on a hell of a show. everything was awesome except for the fact that the she-whale next to me thinks she could just push us around. so i pushed my whole body into her, elbow first of course. nick said she gave me some dirty looks, but she didnt push us anymore.
so as the show ended me and the hot girl got done having sex and she told us good bye and the band played slither to end the show, it was awesome.
after the show, nick stole a sign and got some tape they were throwing away from the stage. it was tape slash stepped on so obviously nick took it.
so now ive seen , in concert:

i kno its a small list to ppl like kyle who have seen a million bands but for only 2 concerts, i'd say that is some pretty awesome bands.
