rain, baseball, summer, & other janx.
soooooo it's nasty outside. but that's okay. today is the big ol' multicultural fair here at mary wash. it's like huge, i didnt realize. funny, because our school is predominantly a bunch of upper/middle-class white girls. i'll probably stop by later to get some good lunch :)
last night nicole, ellen, antonia, katie, and i (no betsy cuz she's at a race for crew) went to castiglia's for dinner. it's so cheap and they give you so much food, but our waiter was like new or something and took like 50 years to do anything. seriously, i'm now like 250 years old. on the way back it was crazy windy slash raining and we got SO WET. it was fun tho. and then ellen nicole and i watched a league of their own, which is of course my 2nd favorite movie of all time.
tomorrow i'm going up to baltimore with my brother and dad (my mom's in egypt... random, i know.) to go to the orioles-red sox game. i'm soooooo excited. it's my first red sox game EVER. and i get to go to another one with my friend katie in may! ooh man i am spoiled by awesome people.
ooh yeah! so i applied to be an orientation leader, and i was a little discouraged because i heard a looooot of people applied, which means like none for freshmen girls. but i got it! i'm so excited. yay for moving in early. oh yeah and i forgot to write how nicole and i are living in the 5th floor (really like the 3rd stairs-wise) of bushnell next year. most of our friends are in willard, but that's ok because we'll be in there like everyday, esp cuz they'll have A/C and we wont ;)
summer is quickly approaching. i am SO excited, even though i dont exactly know what i'm doing. it'll probably end up being rec pac. i also want to go to california at some point and take a few trips to my beach house.
