So Winston managed to beg his way to get the last-display copy of Chains of Promathia (FFXI expansion)from gamestop near him on friday night before we headed to his friends bday.

I spent some time exploring Bibiki bay and Carpenter's landing. Bibiki bay looks like hawaii. The graphics are stunningly realistic and captures even how the sun reflects off the deep blue ocean and the brilliant colorful coral reef under the shallow waters.

*_* Basically Bibiki bay is a fishing vacation spot. The large barges take u on tours around the bay and to a private island. But instead of going on a nice vacation, I got my @$$ handed to me...

The mobs there are around level 30 so they're all weak to me. However..while i was fishing on the barge, I accidently fished up a Notorious Monster and I died cuz i was the only one on the ship. running around screaming did not help >.>; yay. stupid ugly snail-hermit thing. Chibimofo had to raise II my pathetic @$$ on the docks. /sigh.

Carpenters Landing sucks to me. Not only is the wait long for the boats, the ports u dock at are small and there's nothing to do really but fish. Its no where as pretty as Bibiki too and you can't go clamming either. Clamming sucks anyway though.

Last night the kupo knights helped me get my coffer key for my AF gloves. it was hard to rally everyone ;p but we were lucky that i got the key in 2 mobs. very lucky. Dyfoc/Wes helped guide us around and Bardai/Adam was nice enough to do the switches while i looked for the coffer. Unfortunately the coffer was guarded by a bomb and while i did succeed to open it w/ out aggro, I forgot they aggroed magic...so when i casted sneak..i died again. >.>; had to settle for a Raise I and lost 1k EXP. its worth it tho'. Thankfully Arty came and helped Bardai activate the switch to get me out. Thanks Arty!!! <3

I'm not looking forward to getting the rest of my Artifact armors :/ its gonna be really tough and i need a lot of help (yay begging!). Bardai said he died almost everytime he got his AFs. Thankfully Wes is always willing to help me out and I really appreciate the kupo's help too. thanks.
