First of all, I want to thank everyone who posted to the community last week; I think we're off to a great start! (And of course, for those of you who are still planning on posting something for Week One but haven't yet, feel free.)
To our two watchers: Hi there! You're certainly free to lurk to your heart's content, but you're also welcome to officially join and partake in all the fun. ;) The generally unpolished nature of the stuff posted here makes it more of a writing community than a reading community, so why not throw your own proverbial hat into the ring along with us?
Today is Friday, which means Week One is officially over and Week Two has officially begun; from today forward, anyone who has submitted something to the community may feel free to do so again. And, in case you need a little motivation, I have our second prompt:
