It was such a hot day today. An odd occurrence in the usual frosty air of England, but it was summer and it was expected that at least one day would be boiling. Crossing her arms, Maka leaned into the rack of clothing in the cool air of the shop. It was bad enough right now that'd she'd felt duped into shopping with her father again but the fact that the ladies who worked in the store (who normally would've given her the evil eye and figured since she was a kid she was here to steal and followed her every move) were watching him, following their every move but with totally different intentions?
