[Third week marked Nepeta being grounded, so she figured it wouldn't hurt to at least watch over John and keep him company. While there were some downsides to having been born the way she was, she did not envy what John was going through. That was one thing she had been spared.

[Yeah. Week three was a lot better so far if you ignored how useless he felt. Bluh. He could just barely sit up, but that was about it. Not to mention him missing that whole mission was something he was beating himself up for. Leaders didn't take sick days so it was stupid that he had to sit something out.

[Probably not everything. He knew enough of the mission, not the details of the result, not yet anyways. Karkat was probably keeping him in the dark on purpose. Or, from Nepeta's reaction he was still flipping out. Not that he could blame him.]

You'll get use to them. Just be careful about letting them get too cold, or banging them. The tips dont matter all that much but if you hit them near the base it hurts like hell.
