the stars part one

last night, every star in the sky exploded, and i realized i hadn't seen them shine for the better part of a year. the stars wept their insecurites, sang their sonnets, and danced in frivilous uncaring upon the twin brims of mine lips.
last night, where the water meets the shore, the cosmos rained perfect divinity upon the flipside of my mindscape, starlit fusions of ecstacy and uncaring with me weeping love through the foggy windshield of a hatchback.
