New Skates
Even though I can no longer afford to belong to my old rink (It was gym or rink, and I needed the all-round exercise available at the gym), I have been missing skating something fierce. My indoor skates don't work outside--they need a smooth surface. What's a sk8tr grrl to do?
I work 3 miles from home, most of the way along a bike/skate path. I also live in LA where it is skating weather about 360 days a year. You see where I'm going with this, don't you?
