To the anonymous taunter.
You've done nothing but inflict petty acts of assault upon a limited selection of the population in the name of terror.
In my world, this effort would have been left to the heroes in training to take care of on their patrol routes. Here, obviously, it's a little different. Groups have their own agendas, lots of people keep to themselves and their own interests. But I'm not afraid, nor am I going to advise those beneath me to change their routines. The world is not so unstable as to be shaken by the self-important tantrum of a child.
Your secrecy is impressive, but everything else? I've been mugged by bigger threats than you.
To everyone else.
Simply be mindful of your surroundings. A little personal awareness goes a long way. These attacks were meant to destabilize the world, to try and spread a little fear. The only reason it succeeded is because it used a small number of unknown entities to strike at random targets.
To those who have been injured, you have my sympathy, and my hope that you will be able to put this behind you. Do not let these cowards win.
And to anyone who may think that I may be taking the "threat" you pose too lightly? Either come and get me, or get on with your life. I've got too much to do to give this any more attention than this post. You're little more than a distraction on the side of the road of life.
