Hey, fearless leader.
It seems like there's been a rash of violence in Neon and Junk City, recently.
As an advantage of all the time I've been taking for myself these last few nights, I think I may have come up with something to deter it.

Take a look at that if you like, but I'll sum it up here.
In Paragon City, after the Rikti War was over and the hero population was cut down to a mere shadow of its former numbers, crime was running rampant. Many established patrol routes were left unobserved because... well... let's not go into the why, that's depressing enough. Anyway. The patrol routes that WEREN'T abandoned were still pretty widely known, and easy to figure out when they weren't, so crime saw a massive surge.
The response to that was Positron and Bastion's randomized patrol box network.
By setting up dozens up call boxes around the city, and a rudimentary randomization program, a hero could tap into the network and basically get a custom, randomized patrol route of a half dozen points around the city. Because it wasn't something that could be predicted, and because it brought heroes through pretty much every neighborhood in the city when all of them were put together, street crime was quickly cut down by about 70%.
And, well... in my own test runs these last few nights, I've stopped several muggings, and a few B&Es. If you think it's worthwhile, I could finish my work on this, and we could get the rest of the Titans in on it? I think it could really put a dent in things.
