Word Counts
So rather than actually adding to my word count, I've been totaling everything up. Here they are by year.
2009: 66,571
2010: 89,844
2011: 35,866
2012: 32,994
2013: 48,179
2014: 103,106
2009 was freshman/sophomore year of college, 2010 was sophomore/junior. It's interesting to see the huge dropoff between the first two years and second two years of college! 2013 I joined 1_million_words, and only started writing at the end of June! (Also boosting 2010's count were the Ship Wars and my schmoop bingo card.) In 2014, I was part of 1MW for the whole year, and it clearly helped my word count.
