I have a weird issue with mine. I see my file, save it, browse to find it, and then click next, but the program tells me that the file is empty. Any guesses on why?

Someone else had this issue too. I asked them to send me the file, and it WAS empty (0 bytes). This means:

1. The page might not have been finished loading when you saved it from your browser. It usually takes a while to load. The page should be a huge XML document... i.e. begins with . In IE, the page should resemble of bunch of color coded HTML tags. If that is there, you know the page has finished loading.

or

2. Some other issue related to saving web pages from your browser.

I got this same result. I let the page finish loading, and it does look like a long list of html tags with the user IDs of many of my friends in the tags, but when I entered the name of the file and hit next, I got the message saying the file was empty. I saved it again, replacing the old file, and hit next again and got the same result.

I'll try the notepad work-around.
