icon question
i was wondering if anyone could help me;
i was looking to upload a custom gif for my lj icon, so i created a bunch of 100 by 100 pixel bitmaps, and then used a gif animator to create a 100 x 100 gif. however, when i tried to make it a lj icon, it give me this error message:
"Sorry, you cannot upload a userpic larger than 100x100 pixels if it is in GIF format"
does anyone know why this is happening or know what i can do to fix it? i even tried scaling down the gif to smaller than 100 by 100 but it didn't help at all.
