I hate it when shows we love get cancelled. :-( My sympathies to you. It's just as bad as loving a character and having them die during the film *ahem, Tristan, Norrington, Haldir, etc...*

Thanks, hon. I may have to become more than a casual viewer of White Collar now.

I'm hoping that at least we'll get out of this with everyone alive. Though the showrunner has been tormenting us for months with hints of tears and heartbreak.

And my very first online fandom (A&E's "Horation Hornblower" series of movies) actually rewrote the source material just so they could kill off my favorite character. Apparently TPTB didn't like that he, a non-canon character, was more popular than one of the canon characters. That hurt.

I guess it depends on whether or not they actually didn't know they wouldn't get another season. Because in that case they at least would need to keep the door open...I expect it to be some maybe ending...where you can choose for yourself.

You don't have to worry about killing off the characters, at least the five of them. Devlin said that all of them would be in Season 6. He also said that Season six, even after this finale, isn't impossible, just challenging. All of them said they want to continue with series.

Btw, on Facebook is already a great attack on USA Network - Grifters and Kaniacs are swarming their wall asking to take Leverage. There's a massive cancelling of TNT - we are not going without the fight :D
