Was momentarily pleased with myself for getting a tremendous amount done on my Danny-visits-Dartmouth fic, and then realized I took a hideous wrong turn barely a fourth of the way in. Meaning pretty much a total rewrite, as it took the fic completely in the wrong direction.

Note to self: while writing at 2 am is acceptable, it might be best to work out plot points in the light of day.
