pulling - - this means what exactly?
References to "pulling" keep popping up in Torchwood fic. I've seen things like "I should have worn my pulling shirt" (talking about going out to a bar) and "Get your coat, you're pulled." Can someone explain what that means? Bonus points if you tell me where the expression comes from.
