So, it is official. Little lucy has graduated from obedience school. All her hard work has paid off. She received her diploma, but was more interested in the treat that was included with her certificate. I can't help but to reflect on her acheivements. Week one, despair was setting in my mind. lucy is my little darling. she has improved beyond any and all expectations i had at the start of obedience classes. i remember day 1 like it was yesterday. she was a total spaz. humiliating. now she knows a bunch of commands and is about 100x calmer. gotta love that. disregard professor bill's comments, he obviously has no concept of obedience if he thinks that some of the other dogs (no names mentioned) were more advanced than lucy. i mean, sure she wasnt the best dog in the class, and she only knows one language (barely), but she wasnt the worst dog in there either. but anyway, its over. she has her diploma, which is more than you can say...just kidding, baby. :) lucy is my sweetie-pie. i am so proud of her (and of us for getting her to this point). step 2: house-breaking. are u up for the challenege?
