Doss is boss!
IF THIS IS TOO LONG FOR YOU TO BOTHER READING THEN YOU DON'T DESERVE TO BE A FAN OF DOSS!!
Andrea Dossena is now a Napoli player :(.
It doesn't matter that he played so incredibly badly in 28 of his 30 appearances for us, they're not what comes to mind when you think of Doss though. The goals he scored in the 2 magical matches he performed so well in mean he's always going to be considered a big, surprisingly fast, bald...big again, chest pumping hero.
I'd like to point out his habit of continously running up and down the wing like a nutter no matter who has the ball and where they have it. It might not have been good for our results but wow it was funny.
The first of his goals was against RM and I'd say it's the goal that made Iker cry. He was doing one of his routine runs up the wing then with a magical dart inside he latched on to a Masch pass and literally smashed the ball as hard as he could at Iker. Not only did it hit him but the ball also ended up in the top corner of the net :'). His celebration was just as good as his goal, he was smacking his chest like an absolute maniac and he looked far more angry than happy but that's just his way of expressing himself!!! We weren't worried that he was a genuine danger to those he was sharing the pitch with because WE HAD JUST GONE 4-0 UP AGAINST RM :D.
The second goal he scored in that boss.as.fuck. week was against the team I hate most in the world, the mancs. Not only did he score our 4th goal in a 4-1 win at their stadium, not only did he again attack his chest (this time lets say he did it more like a lunatic), not only did he make Ryan Babel show emotion...he did it all with a delightful lob over VDS. The players on the bench laughing pretty much summed it up. After going absolutely mental I was shocked that Doss actually showed skill, technique, composure and of course I wasn't shocked that he can hit himself extremely hard. Ryan shouted 'VAMOSSSSS', us Liverpool fans shouted 'AHUIHEFUIADBFUIABNDFIJADSNFIUDBFUIABFUAIBFJUADBFAJDIN'. For a moment VDS had an idea of how Nando makes Vidic feel.
As November said to me 'Those 2 goals were worth 30 each', giving Doss a total of 60 goals in 29 games...not bad Doss, not bad at all.
I hope he gets to the world cup so he can display his random wing sprinting and his epic chest slapping with billions of people watching.
Those 2 goals won't be forgotten, he's a legend in his own right...hahahah I'm serious.
