New Year, the brief version...

The new year so far has been wonderful. Active, casual, comfy, a bag of microwaveable beans to warm the bed...(don't ask, guess its a german thing) homemade waffles, kitties, horses (who'd a thunk?)

For once, the candle that burns twice as bright would rather it burn twice as long...

It must be a Romanian thing, as well (or perhaps the bit o' Dutch from great-grandmother's side?), because we have the beanbags for heating, too. I use mine for backaches & tension, my daughter uses hers for warming her sheets. :)

Altogether, it sounds like your year is starting off on a blissful note.
