As I mentioned previously, there is a new member of my household - a leopard gecko named The Cheat. Since the primary function of the internet is for people to post pictures of their pets/children/electronic devices for others to marvel at, here are some photos.
The color and quality on these is weird, as I had to take pictures through the glass of her tank and my camera is not awesome. Sorry.
She likes to stand in her water dish sometimes. Does she not notice it? Is she in desperate need of a foot bath? Has she discovered restorative powers in our tap water previously unknown to us? The world may never know.
Can you see the coloring above her eyes? She looks like she's wearing enough green eyeshadow to impress Louise Nevelson.
She has an intense focus. I'm pretty sure that here she is concentrating on the reflection of the ceiling fan's revolution in the glass. She thinks it's a cricket.
By this point in our photo session, The Cheat had obviously become vain. Look at her showing off not only the elegant curvature of her body but also how fat and healthy her tail is.
