I'M FRIGGIN PSYCHIC!
So ok...I think this weekend I developed psychic powers!!
Last night, I was watching the Atlanta vs. Carolina football game. Carolina was down 14 points going into the fourth quarter, and my little brother likes ATL, so I thought I'd be an asshole and root for CAR. So CAR comes back and scores 21 unanswered points! But then they show a graphic on TV that says CAR is hunting the Vikings (my team) for a wild card spot. So I quickly changed my tune and started rooting for ATL. So in the last minute or so Vick runs in a TD to TIE THE GAME! It went into over time, and I said, I bet CAR wins the toss; they did. Three plays into their drive, Delhomme threw an interception and the guy on ATL returned it so like the 20 or something!! They then proceeded to kick the game winning field goal! :)
Today, I wanted Bills, and they won big. But the real magic is when FOX flipped over to the Vikings game. They were winning by 7 going into the last minute of play. The lions managed to march it down the field and score with :08 left in the game!! So I was so pissed. But then I say to my mom...wouldn't it be GREAT if they botched the extra point?! -- WELL THEY DID!!!! BAD SNAP!!! AND THE VIKINGS WON!!! PLAYOFFS HERE WE COME!!! :)
I got a job for break! I am making a software package to manage the memeberships of listeners at JAZZ 90.1 FM. It is consuming a lot of my time, but it is great practice and a way to make a couple bucks while im home, so I'm not wasting away like I was the first week back.
I finally finished all of my x-mas shopping, jeez! I went crazy this year (like every year), but still spent way less than in years past w/o a steady gf to have to get a lot for...which is good and bad. I can't talk too much about the presents, since there is no telling who will read this and ruin the suprise!
Also I have signed up for a class over break at BSC. I miss b-lo sooo much and my KKK (kellys korner krew). It's NFS108, something like food and culture of the far east?! Oh well, it will give me something to do, and I will be staying at the apt with the boys. Not to mention it will make my spring semester load lighter since I will only have four necessary classes to grad, and my T.A. assignment! Remember if you want me, take CIS101 Wed nights at 6-8:40PM.
