my realization.

Today's realization is that my goal of losing twenty five lbs in two months is unrealistic. fact is, my body wouldnt look right at 175. according to this nutrionist guy at NVRC, i would have to lose more muscle than fat, and taking a second glance, i really dont want the runner look. So, now my new goal is to reach 185 and have a really toned body. My thighs are incredibly strong as I scared Mark with my leg press abilities. I have improved tremendously on my cardio which is another big woohoo, and i am slowly but surely losing my neck fat. My areas of concentration will now be my chest, my stomach, and my arms.

Starting May 1st, I am on a strict diet.

No cigarettes.(theyre just plain bad)
No alcohol. (i get mad munchies from boozing plus beer has carbs)
No carbohydrates after 8 pm. (they dont get broken down in time)
No soda. (this is more of a thing of discipline)
No salted snacks or desserts with the exception of friday night steak at the pal. (again more discipline)
Infusing Tofu in my meals. (tofu has alot of protein and is relatively inexpensive, plus little fat)
Plenty of V8. (hey it worked for Burton)
Plenty of bran.(helps digestion. it'll keep me regular.)
Using Flax seed oil. (it contains Omega 3 fatty acids)

the diet isnt so much to help me lose weight. Its more of a detoxification thing i feel would benefit me greatly. it'll also help me save money.

bored greatly today, so mowed lawn.
