After just over seven hours on the phone yesterday (with about 45 minutes break in the middle), I hope no one calls me for a couple days.
We were writing the last chapter, and it was no easy task for either of us. But we did get it done. Now we just have to edit it and fine-tune it and make it look pretty. Should be fun. We're still on track for tomorrow's deadline, but it's been a tough week. I will be playing poker soon.
andrewhime continues to cash in little tournaments and send me money. I think I'm backing the right guy. In fact, I'm thinking about sending him more money (don't tell him). His big tournament is this coming Tuesday. Stop by his blog and wish him well!
I made my one and only Super Bowl bet with a friend of mine last night. $50 on the Steelers straight up. I think he's throwing his money away. S.A. can't carry that team. The Steelers will win fairly easily. I don't doubt Seattle is a tough team, but the Steelers are getting this monkey off their back, and they will not lose.
And no, I'm taking no more bets.
Legs are still sore. Today is upper body (if I can shake this headache first). I'm not especially looking forward to it, but it must be done.
