blow ye winds!
Life is full of small positive things right now.
But I feel a little stagnant in terms of career, which is creating a big gray cloud that hovers over all of these good little things. Once again I'm innnnnn process.
I really enjoy having a fireplace. The other day Marcus and I wandered around the park and picked up limbs that had fallen during the wind storm a week ago. It's like free heat courtesy of mother nature! Thanks, pretty mamma.
In other news, I think I'm going to be a moderately successful composer within 5 years.
A couple of commissions are creeping my way...
I realize that this is technically "career" related and a positive thing, but it's not what I'm talking about in terms of feeling stagnant. I want results now. I want to buy a decent car and be able to afford all the shit that a car brings with it. I want to pay off my students loans and donate money to charities without taking a hit to my finances. Patience.
