A few months ago my iTunes completely reset itself. I didn't do anything out of the ordinary. I just opened the program and magically ALL OF MY PLAYLISTS WERE GONE. Not to mention play counts and all of that.
I waited for a while before I used iTunes again. My computer had other issues so I did a complete restore to factory settings a couple weeks ago.
Tonight, after spending the last 2 weeks making all my playlists again and putting all of my music back in the library, it RESET AGAIN. I lost it all. I don't get it. I closed the program to free up some processor speed. 5 minutes later I started it up again by double-clicking on an mp3 file, and all of my playlists were GONE.
What the fuck?!
iTunes support is shit too, btw.
