"He was a Christmas present from Rhiannon and Johnny to the kids," Ianto explained watching the puppy explore the Plas.
Jack raised an eyebrow.
"Yes, I know," Ianto sighed. "'A dog is for life, not just for Christmas' but Mica kept pulling the puppy eyes." Jack chuckled. "And Johnny couldn't say no."
"Then six months later they go on holiday but couldn't put him into kennels?"
"Mica cried for a week at the suggestion."
"So-"
Jack stopped as Ianto darted across the Plas towards the puppy as he stopped sniffing the watertower and raised his leg.
"No Santa. Bad Santa!"
