I have been going to this website for domestic retards, flylady.net. These are some suggestions I want to make a note of, and also expose others to. This is in no real order it's just little pieces I stole from here and there.

Notes at the start of a day:
1. Get up and weigh
2. Shower, get dressed to lace up shoes, fix your hair and face
3. While you are in the bathroom Swish and Swipe
4. Grab a load of laundry and start the washer
5. Check your calendar for today's activities
6. Empty dishwasher to start your day
7. Eat something good for you, take your medicine and vitamins
8. What's For Dinner
9. Drink your water.
10. Put some Loving Movement into your day

This is the most important routine of your whole day. It helps your morning start on a less stressed foot.

1. Lay out your clothes for tomorrow
2. Take a few minutes for yourself
3. Check your Calendar for Tomorrow's Events
4. Spend 2 minutes clearing off your Hot Spots
5. Shine your sink
6. Wash your face, moisturize, brush your teeth and floss
7. Go to bed at a decent hour

Quit trying to kill yourself doing weekly cleaning. Even if you do just a little; you have done more than you did last week. Besides the more you get your home decluttered the easier this will become. Don't beat yourself up, if you don't get the whole house done.

Your mission for today is to set
your timer for 15 minutes and go after the "hidden" clutter in these
rooms. You will be amazed at how much neater the rooms look when you
tackle this. Do not get obsessed and take apart the whole room.
This is about progress NOT perfection. Just tackle one thing at a
time!

Example:
if you are taking shoes to your room don't get sidetracked by stopping and
straightening something in the bedroom. Put away what you need to
and go back to the Zone rooms. If you notice that you need to
straighten in another room that you have made a delivery to, then
review your schedule and see if you can go to that room for a 5
minute room rescue. If you do not have time then look ahead to your
schedule and try to figure out when you can get there!! This is not
all or nothing! This is all about babysteps and being proud of the
small things that we can accomplish!

They have little daily tasks and you can buy stuff to help you out on their website, of course. The one thing I really like about this site is they flood me with E-mails that I often delete, but you can pick them up anywhere and get back into it at anytime. She also always tells you to slow down and relax and how proud she is of you, even if you haven't been up on your flying. There is something so motherly and nurturing about it, I just really like this system and thought I would share.
