Super-Hero Clip Month: Day 7
Continuing on a DC slant, and a Batman one at that, comes this clip from the Animated side of the DC Universe. Bruce Timm and Paul Dini and all the guys and gals on the Animated cartoons from Batman to Superman to Justice League and Batman Beyond did awesome work. I still love to pop in the DVD's or watch the reruns on Disney XD. They have stood the test of time and probably will continue to for quite awhile. After the Animated Series for Batman came Batman Beyond the story of the future and the young man to take over the cowl. The movie that came from that line is one of my favorites in the animated stable. This moment is one of the most intense in the movie as you see just how off the rocker Joker is and in a way how much Bruce cares for those around him even if he wont' outright say it all the time. This un-edited version is much more powerful in the end than the off screen edited one.
