Bunch O Scotti
First off the writing bug bit me hard again recently and I've been hard at work. Finally finished a few things like Astonishing X-Men #4 for Marvel Anthology. Next on the list is:
- Hulk Spectrum Red (MA)
- Champions #8 (MO)
- Nova #3 (MO)
- Uncanny X-Men #5 (MR)
- Gravity #3 (AV)
- Starjammers #3 (M2K)
- Avengers #4 (MA)
I'll be finishing off some commitments soon hopefully after Starjammers #5, and Champions #3 (MR). I also will be working on my entry for the Woman's month at MO soon too. As well as churning out some one-shots and such for the various anthology titles around the sites I write for.
Next up, man dealing with ex'es is not fun. It's been two months since we broke up but I still have to deal with the fact that all her stuff was here. After sending a few boxes back to Utah, finally was able to get her to talk to her parents for them to arrange a UPS pick up of all of it soon. I have to box it all up, but at least instead of having to take box after box to the Post Office it will all get picked up in one fell swoop. Then I'll be done with it and can dust my hands of it all. It's odd being single again but I'm dealing with it fine. It is funny that soon as your single there is like an influx of the opposite (or same in some cases for people) sex flocking around you suddenly.
Started delving into the multitude of Star Trek and Star Wars Novels I've bought over the last three years and hadn't read yet. I love being a nerd.
Second Coming at Marvel has left me cold. A long drawn out event that changed nothing and killed characters just so that they could again trumpet that Scott Summers is their golden boy. Gag.
Come September I'll be 25, and also it will be seven years since I started College. Been up and down since then with me leaving University for Utah, then having to go to Community/Junior College upon my return home. The last three semesters have been bust as I skiped and dropped out of class too much. Taking it serious this semester and trying to get my A.A at least right now since I have enough units from University to get it. Then I'm going to try and get back to University and get this all over with. Been in there way too damn long with nothing to show. Time to get serious about life.
