2009 Girls of Satan 666 Calendar
This year I am undertaking the task of creating the 2009 Girls of Radio Satan 666. The calendar is being created for the online radio website RadioSatan666. I attempted to undertake this task last year, but I was asked so late in the year that it was an unsuccessful endeavor due to a number of things. So this year I am starting very early, and outlining it very clearly.
Who is eligible?
Anyone who is female and is 18 and up. I will need a scan of your license, ID card, something with your photo and date of birth on it. If you have something else that you can use for identification and proof of age let me know. Scan this, and e-mail me a copy.
What is the payment, if I am in the calendar?
The way I am running this, is through cafepress.com. So it's not going to cost me a lot to do, but I am not going make a lot, if anything at all. So payment depends on how many I sell. Pimp it out, let your friends know about it, make people buy it, do anything legal to sell the shit out of it and you get more money.
You will also be included in the MySpace Girls of Radio Satan 666 page, and I will link to your website if you have one, if you wish.
What are the rules for submission?
I need the highest resolution images you can send me. 150-300 dpi would be ideal. This calendar will be printed on paper that measures 11in x 6in so we need clear, quality images. Also, I need permission from the copyright holder of the photo to use these. This means whoever took the photo must contact me directly and give me permission to use the photos that you submit. If you took the photos themselves, then I need permission from you. If another photographer took the photos, give me their e-mail address so I can get in touch with them and make sure I have their permission.
I do not have the fundage to set you up with a photographer for this, so if you want to submit photos to me, they will have to be taken by a photographer you know and can work with. I am not asking you to take the time to arrange a whole shoot for this, and take up yours and other peoples time. I will accept photos that are already taken, that you have in your portfolio, or that you can put to use for something such as this.
If you want to do something especially for this and can, then feel free! Get as creative as you want. Since this an alternatively-themed calendar, alternatively-themed photos would work best.
If I do get permission from both model and photographer, credit will be given on the photo.
It would be best to send me 3-5 hi-resolution photos, so I can do the best to make the page in the calendar something really well put together.
Is there a deadline?
YES.The deadline is August 31, 2008. By that date I need your hi-resolution photos, permission to use them from the copyright holder, and proof of age. If I do not have those, then you are not going to be featured in this calendar.
What kind of information will be printed on my calendar page?
This kind of stuff:
- Your Radio Satan 666 forum name (if you are registered on the forums)
- Age/Birthday
- Location (City, State, Country)
- Email address
- Why you love Radio Satan 666 (if you are registered on the forums)
- (OPTIONAL) Marital Status
- (OPTIONAL) Occupation
- (OPTIONAL) Hobbies and Interests
- (OPTIONAL) Favorite Quotes.
- (OPTIONAL) Real Name
- (OPTIONAL) Your web site address
- (OPTIONAL) Anything about you that you would like to convey in the calendar.
Can I pick the month I want to be in?
Yes. If the month is still available, you can have it. It is handled on a first-come first-serve basis and I will guarantee you that spot in the calendar once I have received proof of age, 3-5 hi-resolution photos and permission to use any of them from the copyright holder.
Try to have a favorite spot that you would like and a second choice. If by the time you are able to get everything to me that I need to create this, and your spot is taken by someone who was able to get everything to me more quickly than you were able, then it would always be good to already have a second choice picked out. I guarantee spots ONLY to those who send me hi-resolution images that have been approved for use, permission to use those from the copyright holder, and proof of age!
I will keep an up-to-date availability of the months posted here as the spots get filled. If I mark a month "on hold" it means I am waiting for photos from someone interested in that month:
