Useless, Random, but Interesting Epiphany
I'm practicing my French a lot, because I don't wanna lose what I've learned and I want to eventually be fluent.
Today, I was going over number/math terms and I came to "Percent"
I realized while reciting "Pour cent" in french, that we totally stole this word from them!
Per Cent, simply means "of 100" in French!
