alright, lets be reasonable. Sure, entertainment weekly has some great articles and whatnot (especially the mini editorail about a dying geek). but when i read the "50 best love songs ever written" i was dissapointed. Yes, the beach boys were number 1, which is weird, because that song isn't about a girl as Brian Wilson has said. But in this "50 greatest love songs" were "Maps" by Yeah Yeah Yeahs and that 1997 Sheryl Crow song. aND "YELLOW" by Coldplay! What the fuck? If they were that lame they should've put some gay bright eyes shit in their too. Maps etc are not 50 best love songs ever written. Missing from this list was ANYTHING by Phil Spector. How about "I Love How You Love Me"? That song is mindblowing. Anythnig by Burt Bacharach? Maps etc may belong in the 200 best love songs, but not 50. The list is terrible, modern and ignorant. What about "IF I fell?" that song totally rules.
