Poem i wrote last night
Regrettful Scars
As the blood drips down my fingers,
i see a car pull up
my heart drops to the floor
as i see your face
my love for you was strong
and i start to regret cutting
when you see my body,
you say, "open your eyes, baby girl."
i look up at your tear streaked face
i say, "i'm sorry and i love you but i have to say goodbyt."
you lean in to give me one last kiss,
but find me to be ice cold
you friends drag you away from my body as you scream my name
2 hours later:
i wake up in the hospital
where you are sleeping in a chair
my heart pounds as you stir and you start to open your eyes
you stand up and give me a kiss
and when you receed away,
i see a single tear fall from your eyes
i see a single tear fall from your eye
you say, "i love you"
while i say, "i'm sorry"
i wrote this to someone i really care about and to someone who really didn't love me. i'm just glad that i got the time with him that i did. and i also hope that people realize how much i cared for him and will stop telling me to stop loving him because they've never heard him, seen him, or saw how much i really love him.
