The Ides of March has come and gone - and I am one year older. A good day...very laid back...in a lifetime that has seen me get into car accidents on my birthday, get stuck in accidents on my birthday, and have to deal with psycho high school drama on my birthday (the joys of 10th grade), this was quick refreshing.
Always appreciate a party for my birthday, even if I wasn't surprised. So, thanks Ashlee, Casey, and whoever else coordinated or showed up. Brandon got me a killer johnny cash picture bio, Jen and bought me some Moe's and a Starbucks card with Caser, and Caryn gave me gas! Caitlin - thanks for the blizzard, because the ice cream loosened up my snotty chest. My wife got me a cool shirt and stuf that makes me stink good. On top of that, I got a lot of encouragement. Much appreciated guys.
I still have a cold, but my voice is actually starting to come back today. tasty. I
I looked at a picture of myself last night. Soccer cannot start quickly enough...as I look no - so - slim.
March Madness begins today. Every year I fill out my bracket, convinced that I have every one right. Yet, I'll have gotten ten wrong by the end of the night. This is the joy of the tournament, my friends. Down with the NBA. The only thing missing from the March Madness is Maryland, who decided not to play a cushy schedule, thus making them not as appealing as trendy little mid-majors. I am officially cheering against any team that is a part of the Missouri Valley Conference, Gonzaga (so sick of hearing about them), and Duke (who makes me nauseous every year).
Eleventyseven stopped by for a visit this week. Looks like we may be having them in for an end of the school year party.
