Batman Begins and other summer occurances
man i haven't posted in a long ass time and i really can only give one reason and that is that my dad is still living in the stone age when it comes to the internet. we still have dial up and it blows.
anyway....what have i been up to you all might ask...well i went to go see Batman Begins and it was as good as i was expecting it to be. it will definetly be the best film of the year. screw Star Wars. anyone who tries to compare it to any of the original ones most have been doing some major crack. it was alright but George Lucas should have taken a hint from 1 and 2 and let some one else write the script and direct it. oh well he is trying to sell the rights to the last three star wars (supposedly involving Han and Leia). back to Batman though, Christian Bale was perfect. some people said it was cheesy how he deepend his voice when he was Batman but i think it makes perect sense. think about it, if you didn't want some one to truly know who you were and the only way they could identify you is by your voice you would change it to. i mean come on all Clark Kent did was take his glasses off and then he was superman. wow glasses change a person that much, i don't think so. The Batmobile was 10000000000 times more hardcore than any of the other Batman cars and i would love to have one and drive it around blowing crap up and duking out the cops. i will definetly see it at least 2 more times (one with my dad and brothers and then again with Jen, just cause she said she wanted to see it with me(isn't she great)). Also I'm really glad DC is back on the board making movies and the 2 or 3 more Batmans they have contracted to make i'm sure will be great as well.
I did find a job doing landscaping and sprinklers with a family friend i'm makin 8 an hour now and i get a raise about every month or 2 weeks. which is really cool cause it's an incentive to stay and it would be hard to make more that 6.50 at any other job. and i do enjoy it and my boss is really cool he's going to take his entire work crew (which is only 3 guys including me) camping and paintballing, can't beat that.
I am also not returning to tulsa i am going to the University of Colorado Colorado Springs for a year to get my grades up.
Jen is coming up for the Fourth of July weekend which will be way awesome and i have a couple things up my sleve that i will fill in after the weekend or we will make a joint post or something. none the less she will be quite surprised and happy. more on that later for now the posts before this i found in my save file on Semagic and never posted them.
