Writing tips... help

Some wonderful person on my flist has done some posts that had various writing tips.  I really liked them, as they were so clearly expressed.  I had this plan to pull them together and to use them when I was editing my big bang.. except I now can't remember who you were...

Help?  If any of you could point me in the correct direction, I would be so grateful...
